grilled cheese

PMSDT (Pesto, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes)

INGREDIENTS

bread (crusty sour dough cut in 1” thick slices)

pesto

fresh mozzarella

sun-dried tomatoes

mayonaisse

rosemary

oregano

PREP

Mix mayo with rosemary and oregano 

Spread mayo mix on outside of each slice of bread

Spread pesto on both insides of bread

Cover each side with a slice of fresh mozzarella 

Three sun-dried tomatoes sliced or diced in center. 

Grill until golden brown in George Foreman grill, panini press or cast iron
