DAY BEFORE
Make brisket. I use a slightly modified version of Nach Waxman's recipe
INGREDIENTS
Soft corn tacos 2-3 per person
For garnish
Shred and mix cilantro, red cabbage and poblanos
Thinly slice avocados
Thinly slice red onions and cover with red wine vinegar
Mix adobo puree and creme fraiche or sour cream or crema
